Meet Our Team
Jacqueline Watty, Founder | Principal Consultant
Jacqueline has a diverse background in fundraising, spanning over 20 years in the academic advancement and nonprofit sectors. Her experience spans several notable institutions, including over a decade at the University of Guelph, roles at Perimeter Institute, Ketchum Canada (KCI), and the University of Windsor. Jacqueline has also worked with smaller nonprofit organizations, assisting them in strategy development for fundraising, marketing/communications, and board engagement.
Jacqueline is committed to volunteer work and currently serves as the Past President of The Humane Society of Kitchener Waterloo & Stratford Perth, as well as the President of the Waterloo-Wellington Fundraising Executives board.
Christann Fouli, Communications Associate
Christann is a Communications and PR professional who delights in writing, sharing messaging and utilizing her expertise in the community. In 2019, Christann earned her Advanced Diploma in Public Relations from Cambrian College in Sudbury, Ontario.
Christann actively supports small local businesses. She is also passionate about adopting rescue animals, loves to travel, explore new destinations, learn about different cultures, and indulge in authentic cultural cuisine.
Megan Dutra, Strategic Communications and Operations Partner
Meghan is experienced in small business marketing and merchandising with a specialty in retail. Meghan also has strong client communications and project management skills and excels at identifying target audiences.
Meghan holds certifications in Google Ads Search & Google Ads Display.
Esther Watty, Chief Happiness Officer
In March 2023, Esther brought her infectious, stubby tail, happiness, and joy to the office and leads the JWC team in workplace wellness.
Hailing from Saskatchewan, she is often the face of JWC's branding and social media, championing pet adoption and debunking myths about rescue dogs.
